Yoga is a practice that allows the union between our mental, physical and emotional sides. We all have different reasons for practicing yoga: maintaining optimal physical condition, reducing stress, sleeping well, relieving pain... In the end, yoga has benefits for everyone, because we are all looking for something similar: a better well-being. In a 90min session, you will have an encounter with yourselves in a relaxing environment to develop a better knowledge of the body through postures and conscious breathing. The level of practice adapts to any level.

The act of taking pauses to calm the mind in a world that demands constant productivity and action from us is considered an art. Meditation is a space to be present and enjoy the moment. Through breathing and concentration, it is possible to reach states of deep relaxation and inner peace.


Thai massage is a combination of pressure on the body's energy lines and stretching to release energetic, physical and emotional blockages. Therapeutic and relaxing, Thai massage has a positive impact on a person's health and well-being. It can relieve muscle tension, improve blood circulation, reduce stress, help with sleep, correct posture, increase flexibility, among many other benefits... The full body massage is done on the floor on a special mat, with comfortable clothes on, and without oils. The masseuse uses different parts of his body such as his hands, elbows, forearms, feet, and knees to apply pressure and stretch.




Yoga instructor since 2016, 500 hours-RYT. I was part of the Ashtanga Yoga Nirvana program, focused on the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series, the Vinyasa method and improvisation. Inspired by this method, I continued developing my personal practice and learning with teachers of different styles of yoga, also exploring dance and movement, and improving my physical and mental agility. My classes offer work on concentration and control with a focus on alignment, breath work and conscious movements.
